Number Porting & Inbound: Existing numbers used with another provider can be ported to a GS Telecom VOIP line, and additional 1300 / 1800 toll-free national inbound representative numbers can be integrated smoothly.
Emergency Calls Info: If the internet is unavailable or power is interrupted, VOIP equipment may stop operating and emergency calls to 000 may be limited. Please maintain a backup mobile line in advance.
Usage Liabilities: All call charges generated through the assigned VOIP access number and keyphone infrastructure are billed to the account holder, regardless of user identity or unauthorised use.
